Rakiro were engaged in the early stages of a global programme aimed at ‘making it simpler for Dealers to do business with General Motors’. The programme impacted all dealers selling GMAC Finance around the globe and was the first programme attempted as a joint initiative between GM and the wholly owned finance company GMAC. The programme was successfully scoped and designed and piloted. The Release Strategy executed rollout to groups of countries globally.
