Rakiro programme managed the delivering of efficiency & cost savings for the ‘Know Your Customer’ function within HSBC Global Banking and Markets (GBM). The Programme delivered $70m of cost savings across the global business through automation (PEGA Workflow), organisation & process change (off-shore functionally specialised teams), Robotics (external data sourcing, transformation and straight through processing) and Tooling (Screening and Management Information). The successful delivery of the end to end business change including realisation of benefits, management of a mixed on-shore and off-shore teams of Consultants, internal change resource and other third party suppliers.
